Las exportaciones crecieron este año un 14% y el próximo mejorarán alrededor de un 10 por ciento, según el secretario de Relaciones Económicas Internacionales, Martín Redrado. El funcionario disertó en un acto en el Palacio San Martín en el que se entregaron los premios de la Fundación ExportAr a las empresas que más diversificaron sus ventas al exterior. Redrado expuso que "esta administración le propone a la Argentina un nuevo patrón de inserción económica internacional, basada en la producción". Estaba acompañado por el vicepresidente Daniel Scioli y el titular de la Fundación Export.Ar, Marcelo Elizondo.
"Debemos identificar a nuestros socios y proyectarnos a destinos tradicionales y no tradicionales", expresó Redrado. "El nuevo patrón de política comercial debe procurar instalarse en países en los que tenemos demanda neta de nuestra oferta", explicó.
El secretario planteó que ese nuevo patrón debe dirigirse a naciones con las que la Argentina mantiene intereses "convergentes", basados en una política de "reciprocidad" porque "nada se da a cambio de nada". En un crítica implícita a la apertura económica de los 90, por la que no se exigieron compensaciones a los países desarrollados, Redrado llamó a "identificar los costos, ver lo que se gana y medir el accionar (comercial) en términos de eficiencia".
Política consistente
La política comercial, según Redrado, debe ser "consistente", de modo de obtener más escenarios de participación. "Trabajamos en más polos de negociación y en 25 nuevos mercados para derramar beneficios entre clientes y proveedores", dijo Redrado, en contraposición con las críticas de ciertos sectores económicos que acusan al Gobierno de sostener una política proteccionista.
Redrado instó a que la política comercial sea "pluritemática", porque el país "no tiene que hablar sólo de agricultura, sino que tiene que hacerlo respecto de servicios, inversiones, bienes industriales y propiedad intelectual".
Es decir, los temas por los que presionan Estados Unidos y la Unión Europea (UE) a la hora de las negociaciones comerciales. Redrado, no obstante, afirmó que los productos alimenticios constituirán uno de los ejes de la política exportadora argentina para el año próximo hacia la región Asia-Pacífico, en especial a China y a Japón.
Scioli agregó que la Argentina está resurgiendo a partir de la "cultura del trabajo" y reconoció que "todo es difícil" a la hora de exportar.
"Nadie nos regala nada", señaló el vicepresidente. "A veces se subestima el trabajo pensando que el tipo de cambio lo resuelve todo. En verdad, favorece las exportaciones, pero hay que salir al mundo a buscar acuerdos", expresó.
Elizondo explicó que la fundación trabajó este año con 3400 empresas, a las que brindó asistencia técnica, entrenamiento y capacitación. Algunas de ellas fueron premiadas.
En la categoría de Consolidación en Mercados Internacionales fueron distinguidos el laboratorio Bedson, que exporta alrededor del 90 por ciento de sus medicinas para animales, y la autopartista rafaelina Basso, que cobró fama por sus envíos de válvulas para clientes de todo el mundo.
En el rubro de Apertura de Nuevos Mercados fueron seleccionadas La Donosa Tucumán, Talemec y la fabricante bahiense de fertilizantes Profértil, propiedad de Repsol YPF y de la canadiense Agrium.
Otros premios
En la categoría de Primera Exportación ganó Rapi Estant y en la de Empresa Grande el premio quedó desierto. En el rubro de Incorporación de Valor Agregado al Producto a Exportar fueron galardonadas Kip Fitness & Health y Petroquímica Cuyo.
Por la Asociatividad para la Exportación ganó el Grupo Exportador Argentino para la Distribución Eléctrica (Geade) y en el rubro de Grandes Empresas, la filial local de la petrolera brasileña Petrobras.
En la categoría de Servicios de Apoyo al Proceso Exportador triunfó la Cámara de Comercio Exterior de la Provincia de San Juan y en la subcategoría de Servicios Comerciales resultó vencedor el Consorcio de Gestión del Puerto de Bahía Blanca.
