El Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior (Bice) y el Banco Municipal de Rosario firmaron el acuerdo para crear "Exporta Rosario", el primer fideicomiso destinado a financiar las exportaciones de las empresas de la región.
La nueva sociedad, que forma parte de las iniciativas desarrolladas para movilizar el crédito regional, podrá ser aprovechada por unas 120 empresas que, según el relevamiento previo, están en condiciones de acceder a los préstamos para prefinanciar y posfinanciar exportaciones. Esto es así porque, en primera instancia, el fondo atenderá a firmas que ya tengan una experiencia exportadora, operaciones en firme y un plan de negocios con buena posibilidad de acceso a los mercados externos.
Tanto celo obedece a la necesidad de garantizar la capacidad de repago debido a que "la intención es que el monto prestable vaya aumentando por la propia actividad del fideicomiso", señaló Arnaldo Bocco, presidente del Bice.
El fideicomiso tiene una duración de tres años y estará integrado por 1,6 millones de dólares que aporta el Bice y 400 mil dólares que pone el Municipal. El administrador fiduciario será la sociedad "Rosario fiduciaria SA", cuyos accionistas son el Mercado de Valores de Rosario y Rosario Valores.
"Es un modelo muy interesante que estamos experimentando para volcar el ahorro local en créditos regionales, también en Córdoba estamos trabajando así", señaló el titular del Bice, quien aseguró que en 60 días podría salir también el fideicomiso que el banco negocia con las entidades que agrupan a las mutuales.
Bocco señaló que "la intención es movilizar el círculo virtuoso en el que ha entrado la economía, apuntalando con préstamos a las empresas productivas que a lo mejor no pueden presentar buenos balances de los últimos tres años pero sí buenos planos planes de negocios para el futuro". El funcionario se quejó porque "los bancos van más lentos que la demanda de crédito, a pesar de la liquidez existente".
En el caso de "Rosario Exporta", la semana próxima será integrado y a fines de febrero podría estar operable. En un primer momento, estará accesible a unas 60 ó 70 empresas, de las 120 preseleccionadas en el relevamiento. La tasa de interés "será menor a un dígito y decreciente, además existe la posibilidad de algún aporte de la Sepyme", señaló Bocco.
El funcionario recordó que el Bice, con sus propios fondos, "ya está financiando a empresas rosarinas que exportan".
Bocco consideró que la baja en la cotización del dólar, que atribuyó a factores estacionales, es una buena oportunidad para que los inversores amplíen su abanico de opciones, apostando al financiamiento de los sectores productivos.
"Tenemos la proyección de un año con 30 mil millones de dólares de exportaciones, el Bice está ya negociando acuerdos crediticios con organismos externos que se habilitarán por el acuerdo con el Fondo, hay hitos que marcan el despegue exportador, como lo que pasa con la industria de la maquinaria agrícola y otros sectores, es el momento de movilizar el ahorro hacia la producción y la exportación", dijo.
